In the case of made-to-order or pre-order products, specific times are indicated on the individual product sheet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Shipment Tracking<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As soon as the order is taken over by the express courier, you will receive a confirmation email containing the <strong>Tracking Code<\/strong> and the link to follow the path of your package in real time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You can also check the delivery status by accessing your <strong>Personal Area<\/strong> in the section <em>Orders<\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We recommend checking the <strong>Spam\/Junk<\/strong> folder if you do not receive the confirmation email within 24 hours of purchase.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Receipt of Goods and Package Check<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the time of delivery by the courier, we invite you to carefully check:<br>That the number of packages corresponds to what is indicated on the transport document.<br>That the packaging is intact, not damaged, nor wet or altered in the sealing materials (adhesive tape, straps).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>IMPORTANT \u2013 What to do if the packaging is damaged:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you notice crushes, breaks, or tampering on the outer packaging, accept the package by signing the courier's receipt exclusively with the wording:<br><strong>\u201cAccepted with reservation for damaged packaging\u201d<\/strong> (specifying the type of damage, e.g., crushed box, tampered adhesive tape, wet package).<br><em>Without the signature with a specific reservation, it will not be possible to initiate the compensation or replacement procedures for any goods damaged during transport.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Failed Delivery and Storage<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Absence of the recipient:<\/strong> In case of failed delivery due to the absence of the recipient, the courier will attempt a second delivery on the next working day or will leave a notice with instructions for pickup at a drop-off point.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Storage: <\/strong>If the package is not delivered even on the second attempt, it will go into storage. Our Customer Service will contact you to agree on a new delivery method.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>No response:<\/strong> After 5 working days of storage without any indication from the customer, the order will return to our headquarters.
