PRODUCTS AND COMPATIBILITY

• Which coffee machine systems are compatible with Bastimento coffee?
  They are compatible with all coffee machine systems that use Nespresso Original®, Nescafé Dolce Gusto®, Lavazza A Modo Mio®, ESE paper pods of 44mm, machines with grain grinding systems, and moka.
• What is the difference between pods, capsules, and ground coffee?
  ESE 44 mm pods are made of biodegradable paper for traditional machines. Capsules are for closed systems like Nespresso or A Modo Mio. Ground coffee is for moka, filter, or machines with portafilter.
• What coffee intensity should I choose?
  It depends on your taste: from the milder Scirocco (100% Arabica) to the more intense Bora (100% Robusta). Check our blend guide to find the right one for you.
• Do you have decaffeinated products?
  Yes, some references are also available in decaffeinated versions. Check the catalog for details.
• Do you also sell other beverages compatible with coffee machines?
  Yes, our range also includes alternatives to traditional coffee such as barley, ginseng, and other soluble beverages.

MATCHA AND ALTERNATIVES

• What is Matcha and how is it consumed?
  Matcha is a powdered Japanese green tea, traditionally consumed as a hot or cold beverage. It is available in four quality grades.
• Is coffee or matcha better?
  It depends on the needs: coffee is more immediate and intense, while matcha offers a more gradual energy release thanks to L-theanine. Many consumers alternate between them.

• How long will it take for my order to arrive?
  Shipments are processed within 1–2 working days. Delivery times vary based on the destination.
• Can I track the shipment?
  Yes, you will receive an email with the tracking code as soon as the package is handed over to the courier.
• What payment methods do you accept?
  We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods available at checkout.
• Can I also purchase for stores?

• I don't know which coffee to choose, what should I do?
  You can start from the intensity level you prefer: 1 (Scirocco, delicate) up to 7 (Bora, very intense). Or contact us and we will help you.
• How do I find out the intensity of a coffee?
  Each Bastimento blend has a detailed sheet with aromatic profile, origin, roasting, and intensity level. You can find everything in the product catalog.
